At HoorCloset, we strive to provide the best quality handbags to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
All items are sold under an exchange-only policy. There is no return on sale items.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your handbag.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to our provided address through any courier service. Exchange requests will not be processed without receiving the item.
Return Policy
Return is only applicable in case of defective or damaged items.
Returns are not accepted based on personal preferences such as liking or disliking the product. In such cases, you may avail the exchange option.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The handbag must have original tags attached
- The item should be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at the number provided on your order slip.
Once your request is approved, we will guide you with the return/exchange process and provide the necessary details. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
In both return and exchange cases, the customer is responsible for sending the product back via courier.
Important Note
We strongly recommend reading all product details and our policy carefully before placing an order.
Additional Condition
If a customer insists on returning a product (other than defective cases), a deduction of approximately Rs. 750 per handbag will be applied to cover delivery and customer acquisition costs.
